More About Julie
Julie Beeton is the founder of Beeton & Co, Canadian Immigration Consultants. She is a Canadian lawyer in good standing with the Canadian Law Society, having received her law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario in 2003. Julie articled and worked as an Associate at the law firm McMillan on Bay Street in Toronto until she moved to London to work with the magic circle law firm Allen & Overy in January 2006. The same firm took her to Dubai three years later, where she has since made a home for herself and her family. In 2011 Julie moved to the hospitality industry and worked in the legal department of one of the largest US hotel brands, before establishing Beeton & Co to focus on helping businesses and families immigrate to her native Canada. Community involvement Julie takes great pride in sitting on the board of directors for the Kids Ark Foundation in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Kids Ark was established in 2000 to help disadvantaged and ethnic minority children in Thailand access education in order to break the cycle of poverty. Julie is responsible for overseeing the child sponsorship program and is actively involved with its projects.
